With over 283,000 people visiting the National Ploughing Competition over the three days of the show, the Hampton Stand was inundated with enquiries, the recent launch of the Hampton Metal Strainer Systems caused a real buzz. Shirley McCay, Director of Trade and Industry in Ireland and Robin Barnett, the British Ambassador visited the Hampton Stand to hear first hand the positive side of steel wire fence manufacturing in the UK. Peter Matten, Sales Director at Hampton Steel, showed the visitors the fantastic new addition to the Hampton range, explaining the benefits of the Hampton Metal Strainer post systems over traditional wood systems combined with StapleloK, the metal intermediate post system.
