The Aquilon range is an innovative and patented concept for rigid fencing composed of welded panels, posts and attachment clips. The key feature of the system is the method of connecting panels to a grooved post using stainless steel retaining clips. This product is quick to erect, flexible and secure.
The Aquilon range of mesh panels is protected by a two layer plastic coating over a galvanised steel core wire. The primer plastic layer is selected for its anti-corrosive properties. The finishing layer has high resistance to the effects of sunlight (UVA and UVB); increases the product's protection against corrosion (about 2000 hours under test conditions in a salt spray mist which is equivalent to about 15 years in a normal non-polluting environment) and creates the final high quality finish. Other Aquilon products are coated in the same way.
The Aquilon range offers a solution for every situation. We will be pleased to discuss your exact needs with you and make appropriate recommendations. The clip system is very secure but for a tamper-free high security installation we recommend the additional use of self-locking bolts, rivets or reinforced clips. All Aquilon posts have "closed" profiles increasing their resistance to deformation and force exerted on the panel. Values for both post resistance to force and deflection when a force is exerted on a panel are shown in the table below.
The Aquillon range is supplied as standard in green (RAL6005) and white (RAL9010) and over 200 other colour options are available against special order.

Panel length is 2.50m except for panels over 2.50 high when the panel is 2.40m long.
