Hamptons were approached by Grendon Lakes Fishery to recommend a suitable fencing solution to help protect their seven well stocked lakes with some prize winning carp, weighing up to 45lbs, from some incredibly persistent otters.
We recommended our hinged top Hampton Net™ fencing combined with StapleloK, our metal post system. Employing the overhang of the fence to help prevent otters from scaling and gaining entry, the smaller apertures and the strength of the tightly locked, knotted joints all helped prevent the penetration of the mesh.
Since the installation of Hampton NET™ and StapleloK, the otters have been successfully excluded and the prize carp protected.
